Richard Utzman is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 10 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, supported by more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. This combined background provides a practical, well-rounded perspective from design through construction.

His experience includes structural design, civil site development, and hands-on construction across a wide range of project types, including cast-in-place concrete, wood framing, utility systems, and general building construction. This allows designs to align with real-world construction methods and field conditions.

Richard has worked on projects ranging from residential foundations and wood-framed structures to public infrastructure, waterline systems, and building retrofits.
